Our Services

Consultation
A one- on- one consultation enables us to understand individual health conditions and risk factors. At Lagom, we aim to treat people, not only diseases. We use evidence based lifestyle interventions to facilitate and guide you towards change. Book an appointment with us!
Please note: We provide evidence based interventions but we do not provide primary care. You are encouraged to have a Primary Care Provider (PCP) for routine follow ups and annual check ups, as well as for acute illness/injury. In addition, please keep your PCP informed of any changes to your lifestyle habits, health status, or medication regimen.
Community programs
Our goal has always been to contribute to our society. We are passionate about educating the public and spreading awareness about common lifestyle diseases. We also want to foster new and meaningful relationships among the community so that we can support each other through positive growth.
So far, we have been conducting monthly community walks and health talks. If you would like to collaborate for any upcoming events, do not hesitate to contact us!

'Lifestyle Canvas'
This is a one-of-a-kind program that combines lifestyle medicine principles and mindfulness-based art activities. Over a series of workshops, learn, experience and reflect with us on this journey of discovering and empowering yourself. Equip yourself with knowledge and the drive to make everyday lifestyle changes, which will add up to a healthier and wholesome you.
Organisational health
When employees are happy and healthy, they are more productive. Through our program, we want to help leaders give back to their people. We emphasise on both physical and mental health, to provide interactive and holistic solutions for your organisation. Reach out to us and find out more!

Student Experiential Program
We offer engaging workshops and lectures for students—from school to university—built around the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine. The program equips young people with practical tools for healthier living, while helping institutions enrich their student experience with evidence-based wellbeing education.
